Oh Christmas Tree

We decided to buy a fresh tree for the "kids tree" this year. They could decorate it themselves with all of the precious ornaments they have made at schools over the years.

We headed out on a COLD day to Home Depot in search of the perfect tree. It was so cold, and all of the trees were still wrapped, so after a while we LEFT EMPTY-HANDED and decided to come back the next day to look for a tree.

The kids started out good.... and ended up WILD. They had more fun than I think they were supposed to- or at least not the kind of fun you're supposed to have at the Home Depot Christmas tree lot.

Day 1- Todd regretted wearing Flip Flops for sure.

Things started getting a little crazy... and no one was listening to me stay STOP!

Day 2- A little warmer and a little more manageable. These next few pictures crack me up. Andrew looks like a logger.
